Kathi is a native of Grants Pass. A 2005 graduate of Lewis & Clark Law School, Kathi opened her practice in 2007 and partnered with Dennis James in 2011 to establish the firm of James and Holmbeck LLC. In addition to her legal degree, Kathi holds a Master’s degree in Social Services and a Master’s degree in Law and Social Policy, both from Bryn Mawr College. Kathi is a solution-oriented professional who provides effective personal service to her clients.
Kathi is a member of the Rogue Gateway Rotary and serves on the board of Southern Oregon Aspire, Inc., a nonprofit organization that provides residential and vocational services to people with intellectual challenges. She is a member of the Elder Law, Estate Planning, and Nonprofit Organizations Law Sections of the Oregon State Bar and has served on the Executive Committee for the Elder Law Section. She is also a pro tem judge for the Josephine County Circuit Courts.
